My journey in instructional design began with an undergraduate course in technology integration for education. I vividly recall one of my earliest projects—a multimedia presentation for a tourist company, designed to showcase the allure of Jamaica. Immersed in perfecting each engaging transition and visual element, I discovered the potential of instructional design in transforming learning experiences.
Initially drawn to education administration for the joy of supporting teachers, students, and parents, my career has evolved with a deep appreciation for educational technology. This transition wasn’t just a career shift but an enhancement of my original calling. My passion for designing learner-centric eLearning experiences now extends to corporate training and professional development, supporting adult learners and K-12 students alike.

My academic achievements include a Bachelor’s in Elementary Education and a Master’s in Instructional Leadership and Administration. Currently, I am expanding my skills through a Master’s in Instructional Design and Educational Technology. This continuing education strengthens my abilities in performance gap analysis, content curation, and multimedia development, allowing me to bring ADDIE-aligned processes and best practices into every project.
I am experienced with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate, Captivate, Google Suite, and Canva, and I'm well-versed in project management and 508 compliance standards, ensuring accessibility and user engagement for diverse audiences.
